Don’t languish in passé porch furniture. Stay on top of the latest design trends for outdoor spaces with our new monthly “Style Spotlight” series! Let’s get started. In our first style-watch blog, it’s only right that we concentrate on laying the proper foundation—your outdoor seating. You want chic and trendy, as well as durable and timeless. In 2017, we love the sturdiness and versatility of [natural teak](http://summerclassics.com/blog/new-designs-showcased-casual-market/). Often used in [simple, geometric designs](http://www.hgtv.com/design/outdoor-design/landscaping-and-hardscaping/design/18-outdoor-furniture-trends-for-2015-pictures)—such as the Summer Classics [Malta](https://www.casualcreationsbr.com/white-label-malta) and [Bali](https://www.casualcreationsbr.com/white-label-bali) collections—natural teak offers the perfect canvas for deep cushions and cheerfully-clad accent pillows! ![wl-malta-2016-500x223-02.jpg](https://www.casualcreationsbr.com/hs-fs/hubfs/wl-malta-2016-500x223-02.jpg?width=1024&name=wl-malta-2016-500x223-02.jpg) [Looking for something a little funkier?
